Jewel was born at the Davis' farm in Kentucky. Her dam, Red Gail, is still at the Davis farm and is still producing foals, many of who are out of the legendary Choco Dock who is Jewel's sire. ER Davis claims Choco Dock to be one of the best Mountain horses that he has ever owned. We purchased Jewel in 2004 as a 2 yo. She is now certified for breeding and has been registered in all 3 Mountain horse registries with full breeding rights. This is a superb mare that is very well put together. She is extremely patient with the foals and is a buddy horse for the weanlings.
